Resumo

ABSTRACT – The proposal of this work is to analyze the French reception of Guimarães Rosa from texts whose target is the nonspecialist reader, aiming to show how his works embarrasses the critics by not fitting in the approaches
which traditionally dominate the reception of our literature in that country.
