Resumo

ABSTRACT – The article initially delineates the context from the medical practice and presents the symptoms that characterize a time of trouble in the medical service. Attention is given to some possible causes of the problem in the preservice medical formation, and its deformation based on doctors' and medical researchers' depositions which describe the anatomopathological fragmentary vision from the medical professional practice. A brief incursion is made on the Interactional Analysis of speech from the Doctorpatient
conversation, aiming at understanding how the sociointeractional methodology can help to make the doctorpatient interaction less tense, distant and asymmetric, and more meaningful for the involved parts, based on depositions from doctors and researchers from the medical practice. With this objective some studies about approaching strategies are reviewed and some intervention proposals are discussed seeking the establishment of interdisciplinary inquiries by teams of health professionals and interactional discourse analysis researchers.
